Armand W. Tiberio is a Senior Director of the Tax Credit Group (TCG) of Marcus & Millichap. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company is the largest investment real estate brokerage firm in the country, with over $20 Billion in sales in 2006. Since beginning his investment brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap in 2000, Mr. Tiberio has participated in the closing of over $1 Billion of multifamily and mixed-use product.

Mr. Tiberio is a senior transaction leader with the Tax Credit Group, the country’s leading team of Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) apartment brokers. Since 2001, the group has closed 26,103 units of LIHTC product worth $1.145 Billion. Current assignments include 15,267 units valued at $856.7 Million. The group has analyzed projects in 47 states.

He has participated as a speaker and panelist at industry events hosted by SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), and the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC).

Mr. Tiberio has earned the distinction of Senior Associate and is a Senior Director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. He holds a degree in Business and Finance from Pepperdine University.
